The practical terms of ordering from Kim Wellness Centre.
Ordering
Orders are placed on WhatsApp or by phone. An order is confirmed only when we reply with the price, stock status and delivery arrangement on chat.
Prices and availability
Prices are shared on WhatsApp and may change with supplier pricing. The price we confirm on chat is the price you pay. Items shown on the site may occasionally be out of stock.
Delivery
Delivery is arranged on request. Location, fee and timing are confirmed on WhatsApp before payment. No delivery promise is made until confirmed on chat.
Payment
Payment details (including M-Pesa where agreed) are shared on WhatsApp when your order is confirmed.
Returns
Returns policy to be confirmed with the business. For now, if a product arrives damaged or is not what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours on WhatsApp and we will resolve it with you.
Health information
Products are dietary supplements, not drugs, and are not a substitute for prescribed medicine. Claims have not been evaluated. Consult your doctor, especially if pregnant, nursing or on medication. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
